The Dilly Bag Wild Food Platters

If you want something out of the ordinary and everyday The Dilly Bag can supply the following and other ingredients so that you can prepare a function that really stands out!

Each menu is designed for your budget and convenience. Suggested menus are designed for 50 people - plus. Each is pre-prepared and delivered

All ingredients are prepared, stored, and handled in compliance with the highest Australian Food and Hygiene Standards.

Vegetarian Tomato rocket carrot cucumber artichoke & pepperberry spread
· Smoked Emu Fillet with Cheese, Lettuce & Quandong chutney
· Roasted Kangaroo & Bush Tomato Relish & Cheese
· Emu Roast, Sun dried Tomatoes Mustard, Cheese, Onion, Tomato
